Carlton

Carlton, a Yoga Instructor and Sacred Sound Partitioner. " I hold space through movement and sound—letting yoga, gongs, and singing bowls offer what words often cannot. I don’t call myself a healer, because the healing belongs to you.
I simply guide sound journeys and mindful movement, offering vibrations and breath-centered practices, creating space for your own healing to unfold.
My path is inspired by the teachings of Don Conreaux in sacred gong practice, and Sarah Powers in Yin and Insight Yoga. I’m here not to fix, but to listen, offer, and hold. The rest unfolds through you."



Carol

Certified Personal Trainer, TRX instructor & Yoga Instructor**  
With over a decade of experience in fitness, Carol Cheng is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and TRX-qualified instructor (specializing in small and large groups), complemented by 400 hours of yoga training (Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy certifications from Anahata School of Yoga). Her journey began with a lifelong passion for bodyweight training, which evolved into a dedicated career post-parenthood.  
Carol expertly blends dynamic bodyweight circuits with yoga-inspired deep stretching in her private sessions, offering a holistic approach to strength and flexibility. She also leads TRX group classes and personalized training, having previously taught at The Yoga Room. Her methodology reflects a fusion of functional fitness, mindfulness, and therapeutic movement, empowering clients to achieve balanced wellness.  
*Certifications:* NASM-CPT, TRX Group Training, 200hr Hatha Yoga, 200hr Yoga Therapy.

Natalie

Natalie 曾是一名舞台劇演員。從2012年起,她將熱情轉向空中舞台,成為香港的空中絲帶教練與表演者。2015年,她嘗試了塑身芭蕾(Barre)與普拉提(Pilates)後愛上了這兩項運動。她喜歡這運動能提升她的運動表現,特別是強化核心肌群,對訓練身體平衡、姿勢對齊和塑形尤為有效。她於2016年及2018年分別取得了BarreAmped證書以及Polestar墊上與器械普拉提證書。
多年來,她在香港和澳門參與了眾多商業活動的表演。同時,她也受邀在不同媒體拍攝中展示她的空中絲帶表演,例如:嘉士伯(Carlsberg)、友邦保險(AIA)、天際100(Sky100)、四季酒店(Four Seasons)、香港會議展覽中心(HKCEC)、Sportsoho、ViuTV等。
Natalie 曾在多個國家接受培訓,包括英國、澳洲、德國、法國、泰國、新加坡和澳門。她擁有超過13年的教學經驗,非常樂於與學生分享她的知識。



Carrie

As a dedicated yogi, a passionate yoga teacher and a lawyer, Carrie realizes the importance in maintaining balance in all aspects of life. The gentle stretches in yoga practice serve as a vital pause, a sanctuary that allows Carrie to slow down and reconnect with herself especially working in a constantly high-stress environment with a busy schedule. It is a healing journey and it calms her and brings her back to the present moment and grounding her amidst the chaos.
After obtaining 200-hour yoga teacher training with Samrat Dasgupta in 2022 and 40-hour Yoga Teachers Mentorship Program with Icy Lin in 2023, Carrie has been conducting regular personalized yoga sessions tailored for different students’ ability and needs throughout these 3 years.  She hosts beginner friendly classes, specialized themed classes and stretch classes for both office workers and elderly. Carrie cultivates mindfulness and serenity not only in her self-practice but also for her students, guiding them to find their own peace and balance in order to keep a healthy physical and mental state in their daily lifestyle.


At El Sol Wellness Studio, Carrie teaches deep stretch and she will utilize props such as bolsters, straps and yoga blocks to asssit students into poses for a fulfilling experience. Carrie’s blissful morning stretch class is perfect for office workers as it melts their stress, recharge and prepare them for a full day ahead. Carrie also teaches specified stretch classes focusing on different body parts (e.g. heart opening stretch for shoulders, chest and maintaining a healthy spine; and stretches for releasing tension in the lower body parts like hips and hamstrings), increasing flexibility and better mobility, which are open to all ages and levels as Carrie provides options and variations of stretch poses for everyone



Janet

Janet is a Nike Yoga Trainer in Hong Kong. With over 1000 hours of training and a practice spanning since 2004, she is skilled in various yoga styles and techniques. Janet's training includes Dharma yoga, Wheel Yoga, Yin Yoga, Acroyoga, Prenatal/Postnatal yoga, as well as holistic wellness practices like Sound Healing and Ostheo-Thai massage. She understands the importance of a functional approach to yoga, considering different body types and conditions. Janet also finds balance and grounding through yoga, which fuels her passion to teach and share. She is dedicated to continuous learning and looks forward to growing alongside her students.

Tavia


Tavia是美國Yoga Alliance認證教練,教授地面瑜伽和空中瑜伽(初級和進階級)。 她從兒時就發現有脊柱側彎,最初接觸瑜伽是為了幫助改善姿勢,通過每天瑜伽練習並增強核心肌肉的穩定性,她的脊柱側彎狀狀況得到了顯著的改善。
Tavia並沒有執著於最完美或最困難的體式,而是認為瑜伽是學習和重新了解自己的身體。 她從呼吸法開始,然後逐步引入更具挑戰性的技術。 她的教學方法是貼心且個性化的,重點是針對每個學生的身體去設計不同的定制。她認為基本功很重要,通過練習建立肌肉的穩定力,增強關節的活動能力,了解自己身體的不足。



Sean

Sean是一名精英私人健身教練、整體營養師和健康教練。
他是跆拳道黑帶,曾參與英國全國跆拳道比賽,當年負腳傷上陣仍然勇奪銀牌。他從小就對武術的紀律和熱愛促使他為客戶開發了許多有效的健身和營養計劃。他也是英國全國錦標賽的競技游泳運動員,他曾在英國學習並畢業。Sean專攻姿勢、力量和調理、復健治療、功能性運動和身體組成訓練。
他的訓練風格最好被描述為有趣、多樣且富有挑戰性。

自小開始學習芭蕾舞,直至完成芭蕾舞表演級後,我轉而學習jazz funk,最終成為專業舞蹈員。曾經為香港各大明星伴舞,擁有超過十年的教學經驗。

Afro 是一位運動治療師及聲療師,致力於引領學生透過動態運動(Dynamic Movement)及聲音療癒,實現真正的身心健康。

Afro 的教學著重於呼吸與覺知、身體對齊與平衡。  Afro 相信科學性的練習能協助每一位學生更有效地調整與提升,並在每一次練習中,發現更強大、更完整的自己。
Afro 修讀 500 小時的高級瑜伽導師課程,專注於運動復康及治療。希望以更科學的角度,帶領大家認識自己的身體,讓大家除了提升練習外,也能在日常生活中有效預防受傷,並學會有意識地創造身體更多的可能性。
